Pastor
Pastor Scott Corbin
Pastor Scott attended Baptist Bible Seminary of Clarks Summit University in Pennsylvania. There he earned his Master of Divinity degree in 2015, and his Doctor of Ministry degree in 2022.
Pastor Scott was ordained at New Testament Baptist Church in 2016. Previous to becoming the head Pastor of that same church, he had served there as a deacon and youth leader.
He has been married to his wife Barbi since 2004; they have three children together, Samuel, Bryce, and Noella.
Pastor Scott Corbin began shepherding Christ is King Baptist Church in January 2022.
Deacon
Keith Sherwood
Keith met his wife Diane in church and married on October 15th, 1966. Together they had three sons, Curtis, Eric, and Mark, plus grandchildren. In 1976, Diane became interested in a movement called "Marriage Encounter", which they attended together. On Sunday morning of that weekend, during some alone time, the Lord made Himself known to Keith and he was truly born again.
Together Keith and Diane continued to present Marriage Encounter Weekends for about 30 years and saw God's work change many lives. In 2012 their church closed and the Lord led them to Christ is King. On May 14, 2019, Keith lost Diane, his love of 52 years, to liver cancer. He continues to serve as a deacon of our church and is a wonderful example of humility, and selfless service.
